My passion is assisting my clients in organising themselves to achieve their goals and highest professional impact. I have many years of FTSE10 experience providing exceptional executive support. For most of my career I have engaged in interactions at the highest levels with major global business leaders, international institutions, and international government contacts including Heads of State. When necessary, I have held government security clearances.

I am highly skilled and extremely conscientious. I am adept at keeping the big picture in mind and taking a logical and methodical approach. I am renowned for intervening autonomously and intelligently on behalf of my clients and also for my ability genuinely to connect with people.

Prior to launching TBVA and embarking on the exciting journey of becoming a virtual executive assistant, I spent thirteen years at Vodafone Group Plc providing support at Board and C-Suite level. I was Executive Assistant to the Group External Affairs Director, who was accountable for all elements of Vodafone’s external affairs strategy (public policy, regulation, external communications, security, sustainability, and the Vodafone Foundation). I was the focal point for an international community of over 2000 people.

Now as a VA, I am captivated by the variety I encounter on a daily basis. My client work entails extensive high-profile client management, external liaison across multiple industry sectors, varying demands and expectations, frequent operation under tight deadlines, and simply being prepared for the unexpected. I thrive in this wonderfully challenging and varied environment.

ABOUT TBVA

I founded TBVA in 2017 with the goal of providing bespoke and high calibre remote C-Suite, Chairperson and Board level administrative, technical, and creative support services. Given my experience first-hand of the power of technology and communication convergence to support flexible and mobility working, I saw a real opportunity to support elite professionals within a completely virtual environment. Subsequent events have helped disprove the assumed criticality of designated in-office space and in-person interaction. With many delighted clients, I have shown that a virtual assistant can handle all office/business support tasks while maintaining high quality standards, efficiency, and the crucial interpersonal relationship.

My clients typically include major global business leaders, elite transitioning and portfolio executives, busy professionals, small/medium businesses and start-ups. I support clients across multiple industry sectors with global footprints and international portfolio accountabilities ranging from Corporate Board positions to International Cabinet Ministers. Client Boards have included Verizon (US), Unilever, Avast, Ceres Power and the NHS.

I take pride in implementing a collaborative working style while still providing each client with the interpersonal relationship and integrity of a personal and dedicated private PA.
